Kerry Todd joined Hunt & Hunt as a Senior Property Manager, bringing with her a wealth of experience in Adelaide Property Management.
Starting back in 2004 on the seaside Marina in Glenelg, she managed holiday rentals and soon after moved to residential property management where she spent many years.
As a fully licensed property manager, she was awarded Property Manager of the Year in both 2011 and 2014 from her previous employer plus received numerous other awards during her term. She managed a large portfolio of properties with a team of 5 staff and was known for delivering exceptional service to her clients.
She joined Hunt & Hunt knowing that fundamental to our success is our attention to detail, efficiency and excellent communication with our clients and tenants, keeping business moving forward as smoothly as possible.
In her words: "This industry is all about respect and creating strong relationships based on that respect. Whether it be with tenants, landlords or trades, it is imperative in succeeding in this industry. Without respect, you have nothing."
