Rachael Hunt is the Managing Director of Hunt & Hunt Property and has immersed herself in commercial and industrial property management since 2012. She is skilled at maximising returns from properties, and at the same time keeping a solid relationship in place for between her tenants and landlords.
She lives and works by her personal motto of “get it right the first time” with extensive pre-planning and research for each property she is involved with. Time means money for landlords, so her approach results in a better return overall.
Since graduating from the University of Adelaide with a Psychology degree, she completed a Graduate Diploma in Property from Deakin University, a Diploma of Property Services (Agency License) and a Cert IV in Property Services from the Real Estate Training College in Adelaide (RETC).
37 Angas Street, Adelaide, commercial fit out: Angas Street is a local heritage building which had several restrictions when it came to refurbishing this dwelling into a space where people could work comfortably every day. As the client liaison manager, she worked closely with the owner and builder in an advisory capacity, to guide the project to successful and profitable completion.
In her words, "I value doing things right the first time, it saves my clients time and money, so I pay attention to the details that make a positive difference to my clients’ property portfolios."
On a personal note, Rachael is active and sporty and enjoys being close to nature. On her weekends she is either paddle boarding, jet skiing, fishing or hiking. She is a passionate animal lover and is known to pat every dog she sees!
