Paying close attention to the small things such as the style of communication required between tenants and landlords, means she is able to resolve problems pre-emptively. With a Certificate IV in Property Services (Agency License) and many years in the industry, she has a large referral base with whom she works with. This minimises the need to advertise to bring tenants and landlords together. It enables her to find the right match which leads to longer-term tenancy and leasing agreements.
